Stephen is a senior advisor at McAdam, based out of the firm’s Philadelphia headquarters. He joined the firm in 2020 and focuses on building comprehensive financial plans that help clients transition confidently into retirement. A key part of his role involves translating sophisticated tax-planning strategies, often reserved for the ultra-wealthy, into practical and digestible guidance for everyday investors.
Stephen is a financial professional who can offer investment and insurance products and services. He provides retirement planning, tax-efficient strategies and investment guidance tailored to a client’s unique financial situation.
Stephen also spent a few years working as a client service associate at JPMorgan. During his time there, he learned about a variety of unique tax planning approaches used by ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Now, he uses that knowledge to bring those same techniques to people with various financial backgrounds, not just the ultra-wealthy.
Stephen graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in energy business and finance and a minor in mathematics.
Originally from Delaware County, Stephen now lives in Medford, New Jersey. He is an avid drummer who coaches marching percussion in South Jersey and performs with the Philadelphia Eagles Drumline. He has three cats: Ezra, Koda and Zeke.
