While serving previously as recruiting coordinator with McAdam starting in 2015, Ryan gained invaluable experience and skills that he was able to transfer to his current role.
Ryan, who has an associate degree in computer networking systems administration from Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, has expertise in reading data and facilitating the flow of information to where it needs to be.
Raised in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Ryan met his wife, Amanda, at McAdam. Together, Ryan, an Eagles fan, and Amanda, a Jets fan, live in Middletown, Pennsylvania, with their daughter, Rose, son-on-the-way, Mark Stanley, and Chihuahua terrier, Thor.
Outside the office, Ryan is a down-to-earth guy who appreciates the simple things in life, including spending time with friends and family, fitness and health, maintaining his garden and reading about history.
