Since joining the team in 2011, Cindy has been dedicated to improving processes and implementing strategies that enhance client experiences and operational efficiency. She is driven by the positive impact she can make in clients’ lives.
Cindy’s journey with McAdam Financial began as an operations associate, quickly moving up to lead the OA team. Her knack for problem-solving and finding solutions was recognized, leading her to take on a role in compliance. As the firm’s compliance manager, Cindy oversaw the compliance department until 2023, when she began overseeing both compliance and operations.
Cindy previously worked in nonprofit and government relations, bringing a diverse background and unique perspective to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Northeastern University, which laid a solid foundation for her to navigate the complexities of the financial industry.
Outside of her professional life, Cindy enjoys staying active through workouts and hikes. She has a fondness for off-the-beaten-path destinations, making traveling one of her favorite hobbies. Cindy also finds fulfillment in spending time with her niece and nephew and giving back to her community by volunteering with the Jewish Federation of Philadelphia.
