Jack McAdam is chief financial officer at McAdam and member of Executive Team. He is responsible for managing the firm’s financial risk, developing financial strategies and overseeing McAdam’s financial and human resource functions.
Jack joined the firm in 2010 after serving as vice president of finance and accounting, and treasurer at Amicus Therapeutics, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. He had previously served as interim principal, accounting officer and corporate controller. At Amicus, Jack was responsible for accounting and external reporting, insurance management, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and oversight of the company’s $100 million securities portfolio. He was instrumental in Amicus’ initial public offering and subsequent private financing.
He also served in a number of roles at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated, most recently director of accounting and reporting, overseeing a staff of 30 conducting various corporate accounting functions. Prior to that, he served as an audit professional at KPMG LLP working with multinational Fortune 100 companies as well as rapidly growing information and technology startups.
Jack received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University and his MBA from Rutgers Business School. Jack lives with his family in New Jersey.
